Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout lasting 45 minutes. It aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. My classes generally start with a gentle warm up to get your body moving. Body tone uses night club classics to get fit, unlike LBT this class uses resistance bands and weights if you have access to them, although modifications are provided where applicable. Body Strong combines HIIT, LBT and Pilates.
The classes are recorded, so you can re-do the class again at your convenience.
