Pilates is a form of exercise similar to yoga, involving a series of movements which concentrates on core strength, posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates was developed by German-born Joseph Pilates, who believed mental and physical health were closely connected, and practising Pilates has been proven to improve overall wellbeing as well as general fitness. All you need is a clear space, a yoga or fitness mat, comfy clothes and no trainers.

Every Wednesday at 17:30 for 45 minutes Online
Every Friday at 9.15am for 45 minutes Online
Every Friday at 17.45 for 55 minutes Online and Face to Face
Every Sunday at 9.30 for 55 minutes Online

Classes are recorded too and housed on YouTube once purchased I will send you the link.
